The Role:
The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's computer systems, networks, and software applications. This role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring the overall functionality and efficiency of the IT infrastructure. You will be providing coverage as part of our Global IT team and can expect to regularly interact with and support employees located outside of India (e.g.: in Germany, Poland, Canada and the United States). This may require flexibility in working hours to ensure we have sufficient coverage.
This position is required to work from our India office 5 days a week.
