Quick Updates

You may need to update IP addresses by November 1, 2022

To expand our capacity in the cloud, we’re making some changes that might require you to take action by November 1.

If you have an allowlist configured for outgoing connections from your network to Sauce Labs, you will need to update that allowlist by adding one or two additional IP ranges, depending on the Sauce Labs data centers that you use. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please contact your internal network/IT team for guidance. Learn more

Score! New Screenshot tab available on the Test Results page

Do you ever wish you had a way to upload screenshots on the Test Results page? You can now view yours on the new Screenshot tab, which is visible in conjunction with Video and Logs. This feature is available for all test automation frameworks on both real devices and virtual devices.

Want to have a say in the features we launch? Join our UX research panel!

Sauce Labs is looking for rock stars like you to join our UX Research Panel. We regularly invite participants to give us their honest feedback on the features and designs that we're working on, and discuss their testing needs.

To sign up, answer this survey(5 min) and we’ll let you know which upcoming research studies would be a good fit.

We usually host our sessions on Zoom or Google Meet. No need to come with anything — just yourself! (And don’t be surprised if you get a thank-you gift from us in the mail for sharing your ideas in our group!).
