The Role:
The Campaigns Manager will be responsible for leading and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires strategic oversight as well as hands-on execution, with a deep focus on performance metrics and ROI. The Campaigns Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Creative to align campaigns with corporate goals.
This role reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop, manage, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, PPC, and content marketing
- Align campaign objectives with overarching business goals and target KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely execution of campaigns

- Data-Driven Optimization:
- Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce to monitor and evaluate campaign performance
- Implement iterative improvements based on data insights
- Report on campaign metrics, identifying successes and areas for optimization

- Content Development and Coordination:
- Use AI tools such as Gemini along with partnering with the content and creative teams to develop high-quality campaign materials that resonate with target audiences
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and channels

- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other key internal teams
- Communicate campaign plans and performance metrics to senior leadership
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies when applicable

Success Metrics:
- Achieving or exceeding targeted KPIs, such as MQLs, SQLs, and revenue goals
- High levels of team engagement and performance
- Strong internal and external stakeholder satisfaction
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment
- B.S. in Marketing or related field from an accredited university
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing
- Solid background in content creation, strategy, and messaging alignment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
- This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the entire lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.
- Experience in the software or tech industry is considered a plus but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through effective campaign strategy and execution, along with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
We are a hybrid workplace that recognizes the importance of flexibility while valuing in-person collaboration and relationship building. As a result, Saucers located near an office location must be able and willing to come into the office. Those hired remotely must be able and willing to travel to an office as required by the specific role.
