The Role:

The main focus of the Senior Marketing Operations Manager is to own the infrastructure, systems, data, and lead management processes for the Marketing team to be successful. This role is very cross-functional, requiring partnerships with sales, product, and data engineering.

Responsibilities:

Technology

  • Build, maintain, and optimize a high performing GTM tech stack, ensuring that we get the most out of the systems we use
  • Responsible for administering, enablement, scaling, and governing the systems and processes in our Martech stack in a way that supports product & sales led growth
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify use cases and determine how our technology can help them solve their business goals.
  • Drive the adoption and continued  use of our Martech stack within the organization and ensure buy-in from sales and marketing teams.

Process

  • Act as owner of our lead lifecycle and ensure each step in the funnel, from lead entry to customer, is operationalized and optimized cross-functionally through the use of both technology and clearly defined process
  • Partner with growth and product teams to improve our product led funnel and how it feeds into our sales team
  • Partner with our Marketing Automation Manager to ensure our end to end campaign process is efficient and effective in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Work cross-functionally with our SFDC admin and RevOps teams on project planning and optimization of our instances

Data & Reporting

  • Define & create data cleansing, enrichment, and hygiene processes in data management 
  • Partner with our growth and product teams to understand our product data and find ways to surface it to the sales team in a digestible way
  • Regularly connect with our SDR leaders to improve lead quality through the funnel through scoring and data enrichment
  • Present regularly to leadership on findings and recommendations on how to optimize our processes to increase pipeline generation
  • Partner with legal & security to ensure global data compliance 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience in high-tech B2B marketing operations 
  • BA/BS in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
  • Direct experience managing or working in Marketo, as well as direct experience using Salesforce, building reports and campaigns
  • Technical aptitude
  • Experience utilizing AI tools (ex. Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Clay) to improve workflows and increase efficiency of GTM teams
  • Experience in lead and account scoring models, predictive models, in both Marketo and ABM platforms in a B2B software environment defining and executing platform strategy for enterprise software/technology space.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to think logically and critically while having a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets 
  • Experience with GTM tech stack, including: Clay, LeanData, Marketo, Chilipiper, Snowflake, Clearbit, Zapier, Inflection

We are excited to share the base salary for this position exclusive of fringe benefits, potential bonuses or stock-based compensation. Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members at Sauce Labs that are similarly situated.

$130,000$145,000 USD
