Sauce Labs Named One of the 2019 Best Workplaces in the Bay Area by Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE

SAN FRANCISCO – February 28, 2019 –Sauce Labs, Inc., provider of the world’s most comprehensive and trusted continuous testing cloud, today announced it was named one of the 2019 Best Workplaces in the Bay Area by FORTUNE and global people analytics and consulting firm, Great Place to Work. The ranking considered more than 30,000 employee surveys from companies across the San Francisco Bay area.

For its evaluation, Great Place to Work evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. Sauce Labs took the #21 spot on the small and medium-sized business list. Employees recognized Sauce Labs for fostering an environment that promotes people learning new skills and pushing themselves to excel. Additionally, according to the analysis, 97 percent of employees say management is honest and ethical in its business practices; 96 percent say management is approachable and easy to talk to; and 97 percent value the opportunity to take off from work when necessary.
