We are looking for a highly technical Support Engineer to join our team.
This role will involve gaining a deep knowledge of our cloud-based Selenium service to assist in debugging highly complex
customer issues; answering a variety of service-related questions from potential users and
current customers; having close interactions with our development and product team; and helping
to build out a support strategy as we scale our product and company.
If you have a high level technical background, knowledge of Selenium or a related testing
framework, impeccable written and spoken communication skills, the ability to work independently
to solve problems, and an interest in working for a startup, get in touch. Knowledge of Python,
Javascript, HTML or another mainstream programming languages is a must.

We are looking for a talented graphic artist
to help us develop stunning web products.
This role will involve web layouts, product logo design,
conference print and brochures and the design of various other
literature. It also involves an ongoing attention to maintaining
a Saucy look and feel to everything that we do. Some experience with
CSS and HTML would be a plus, obviously photoshop and knowledge of
fonts and their translation to the web would be fantastic.
