  We are looking for a hightly technical Customer Support Engineer to join our team. This role will involve gaining a deep knowledge of our cloud-based browser and mobile automation service to assist in debugging (and learning to solve) customer issues; answering a variety of service-related questions from potential users and current customers; having close interactions with our development and product team; and helping to build out a customer success strategy as we scale our product and company.

  
  

  If you have a high level technical background, knowledge of Selenium, or a related testing framework, impeccable written and spoken communication skills, the ability to work independently to solve problems, and an interest in working for a startup, get in touch. Knowledge of Python, Javascript, HTML or another mainstream programming languages is a major plus.

  We are looking for an all around awesome developer to join our team, who would like to help us change how software development is done. Building products at Sauce involves lots of Javascript, CSS but also Python, Node.JS, Testing Frameworks, client drivers of every shape, size and color as well as extension development for Google Chrome and Firefox (XUL, FUEL) etc.

  We are looking for an all around awesome Software Developer to join our team, who would like to help us build and scale services that change how software development is done. Our front-end is heavy with Javascript/HTML/CSS (boostrap, underscore.js, jquery, sass), and our backend systems are built on async/evented Python, and interact with components in Scala, and 3rd-party pieces such as nginx, haproxy, kvm, and mysql, ultimately handling high (and rapidly growing) load and a very low tolerance for failures on a stack that includes virtual machines running consumer web browsers.

  Requirements:

  This position will require strong understanding of software, protocol, and OS stacks top-to-bottom, familiarity with evented programming, a sharp ability to debug complex systems and to learn new technologies as needed, and a focus on constantly making things simpler, faster, and more reliable as they change over time. We are small and iterate quickly - so you get to make lots of key decisions shaping the company and the products.
